Required Skills: •Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Regulatory Compliance Program to ensure effective strategies, procedures, controls, and assurance processes are established to meet Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements. •This role serves as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance related to security, safety, training, maintenance, and operations, with a primary focus on PHMSA, FERC, and U.S. Coast Guard requirements. The position requires a strong working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 193, 33 CFR Part 127, NFPA 59A, and ASME B31.3. •The Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead regulatory assurance activities, support agency audits and inspections, identify compliance risks, oversee corrective actions, and partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe, reliable, and compliant facility. •Reports To: Director of Regulatory Compliance •Develop, implement, and maintain the Regulatory Compliance Program and associated policies, procedures, and assurance processes. •Serve as the regulatory compliance subject matter expert for LNG Operations, with particular emphasis on PHMSA, FERC, and U.S. Coast Guard requirements. •Lead the regulatory compliance assurance program supporting Federal, State, and Local audits and inspections. •Conduct internal compliance assessments, inspections, and audits in coordination with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and other applicable stakeholders. Qualifications: •Extensive experience managing regulatory interactions and compliance activities in the United States. •Demonstrated experience working directly with or supporting regulatory agencies, particularly FERC and PHMSA. •Must maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in good standing. •In-depth knowledge of LNG facility operations, safety, maintenance, training, and regulatory compliance requirements. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and other functional groups. •Corporate or consulting experience developing, implementing, or managing regulatory compliance programs. •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred. •Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
