Working with key stakeholders to review, assess and document specific process enhancements to support compliance with regulatory requirements. •Maintaining with great accuracy an inventory of regulatory requirements, guidance, and similar information. •Ensuring the maintenance and timely update of regulatory change management program documentation. •Representing Regulatory Change Management on Governance, Risk and Controls working groups. •Managing the organization’s annual process to update its PFMI/CCAS Disclosure Frameworks and engaging with Legal and other stakeholders in various other regulatory projects. •Driving improvement in technology that supports the regulatory change management function. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a related discipline required, J.D. preferred; advanced degree and/or certification (JD, MBA/MS, CPA, CIA, CFE, CRP, CAMS, CAMLP) a plus. •Minimum of 10 years of related experience •Regulatory management experience in Compliance or Legal at a global Financial Institution or similarly highly regulated environment •Knowledge or familiarity of DTCC’s role in the Financial Services Industry a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze risks and controls to mitigate regulatory compliance risk. •Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and to adhere to established deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment required. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strict attention to detail. •Strong proficiency with PC based applications including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
