Qualifications: •Possess knowledge in quality performance and their applicability to outcomes management. •Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively; must be able to work as part of a collaborative team. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and deal with frequent interruptions/ requests effectively. •Remains current on external trends related to quality measures. •Competently utilizes computer hardware and software programs including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SQL •Being open to change and considerable variety in work activities. •Analytical ability sufficient to evaluate data, make judgments and recommendations. •Demonstrated capacity to independently work through details of a problem to reach a positive solution. •Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to differentiate between primary and secondary source systems and databases.
