Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Seven or more years of progressive experience in the design, installation, or service of electronic security systems. •Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams or projects. •Demonstrated knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and networked security platforms. •Solid functional working knowledge of low-voltage installation practices and applicable industry codes and standards. •Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for regional travel between customer sites and branch locations. •Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, system schematics, and technical submittals. •Strong technical leadership with the ability to guide engineers and technicians through complex security integrations. •Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers. •Effective communication skills for translating technical concepts to customers, sales teams, and field staff.
