Required Skills: •Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Enforce TotalEnergies’ HSE policies and ensure all third parties comply with our standards. •Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative activities for multiple large-scale solar and BESS generation sites in the Houston region. •Team Supervision: Manage and support O&M contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and best industry practices. •Technical Support: Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. •Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with landowners, suppliers, customers, vendors, service providers, governmental authorities, and contractors. •Policy Development: Contribute to the development of internal operating policies, standards, and procedures. •Superior communication and presentation skills. •Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead efficiently. Qualifications: •Undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical diploma/high school diploma with five (5) years of related industry experience. •Willingness and ability to be fully on-site and rotate between sites in the region. •US work permit and a valid U.S. driver’s license. •Certifications in Sungrow, SMA, and TMEIC inverters are a plus.
