Required Skills: •Tech Systems is seeking an experienced operations leader from the electronic security, security integration, low-voltage, access control, or video surveillance industry to lead service operations and technical teams within an assigned territory. •This role is responsible for managing technicians and project managers, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational performance, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and driving customer retention and growth. •Lead, coach, and develop field technicians and project managers. •Manage service delivery, scheduling, and territory operations. •Oversee preventative maintenance programs and service agreements. •Ensure customer systems remain properly maintained and supported. •Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. •Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upgrade and service opportunities.
