Required Skills: •Meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets for the region. •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compressor Aftermarket Field Sales representatives within the region. •Build and manage relationships with regional operators, midstream companies, and channel/dealer partners; navigate between influencers and decision makers. •Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to GCS's broader growth strategy. •Partner with Instrumentation & Automation Sales and GCS Account Managers on cross-sell opportunities within the region. •Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM; report regional performance to the VP of Sales. •Represent GCS at regional industry associations, events, and customer functions. •Leadership Expectations Qualifications: •Knowledge Requirements: Existing network of upstream/midstream relationships within the assigned region; strong knowledge of gas compression equipment, mechanical aptitude, and aftermarket service models. •Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Or Equivalent Industry Experience.
