Hiring: Regional Sales Manager Company: Terminix Location: Aurora, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:10:03 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Pest, Rollup About the job Experience: •3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity •5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity Required Skills: •Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of sales managers in designated area •Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with the support of Operations to align goals and drive performance. •Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritizing topics as needed. •Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory as needed. •Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication, understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity performance. •Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week), as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.) •Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits. •Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.
