Required Skills: •Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Regional Safety Manager to join either our Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, Iowa office. •Some Things You Can Expect To Do •Lead the region and support the division in implementing short- and long-term safety objectives aligned with company strategy. •Clearly communicate the company safety vision through common goals, trust, accountability, and collaboration. •Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the safety status of all regional projects. •Frequently visit project sites to verify implementation of company policies and procedures. •Actively collaborate with regional operations leadership and office leadership teams. •Review safety trends, metrics, and leading indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
