Required Skills: •Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective actions arising from audit nonconformances and customer complaints. •Support customer quality requirements, facilitates customer audits, and conducts supplier audits in collaboration with the Director of Supplier Quality. •Manage process improvement projects in support of business objectives. •Create, facilitate, train, and lead teams to successful completion of projects. •Utilizes people skills to maximize team members/coworkers project contributions. •Select appropriate strategy, analysis, tools, and techniques to achieve customer and business-related quality objectives. •Effectively present and communicate status of project activity to management.
