Required Skills: •Own the operational performance and P&L of your assigned region and onsite locations. •Develop and execute account plans designed to achieve growth and profitability objectives. •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop future-state plans for onsite operations. •Monitor regional and site-level performance and proactively address trends, gaps, and opportunities. •Present monthly regional performance updates to senior leadership. •Conduct weekly turnover analysis and performance reviews with onsite teams and clients. •Safety & Risk Management •Safety is a core priority at Eclipse Advantage. In this role, you will help ensure our teams and clients maintain safe, compliant, and productive work environments. Qualifications: •Proven experience managing and servicing staffing industry accounts. •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. •In-depth knowledge of light industrial staffing, onsite operations, and workforce management. •Demonstrated success in achieving operational and growth objectives. •Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, projects, and locations in a fast-paced environment. •Self-motivated, proactive leader who takes ownership and follows through. •Willingness and ability to travel between Tennessee and Kentucky. Overnight stays will be required.
