Required Skills: •Manage and optimize administrative processes across assigned stations, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and operational requirements. •Actively facilitate and support Head of Operations, The Americas in overseeing Area 1 Latin America stations, including OSSA, GSA, GHA, and subcontracted service providers. •Monitor administrative and operational expenses, enforce purchasing policies, and represent Cargolux in local meetings and industry forums as required. •Ensure safe, secure, and compliant ground operations in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and local/international regulations. •Oversee ground handling agents, trucking providers, and operational staff to maintain service quality and meet customer requirements, including special cargo handling. •Coordinate Road Feeder Services and manage supplier performance through SLA monitoring and issue resolution. •Ensure flight operations support services, including flight planning, crew coordination, weather and NOTAM services, are delivered in accordance with Cargolux and regulatory requirements. •Maintain compliance with EASA documentation retention requirements and provide operational support and guidance to stations throughout the region Qualifications: •Identify training needs, support station start-ups, negotiate handling agreements, and secure required licenses and permits.
