Required Skills: •Lead multidisciplinary Wealth Management teams across multiple markets, including Private Banking, Trust, Investments, and Wealth Advisory. •Drive regional sales growth, profitability, and client acquisition initiatives. •Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Wealth Management professionals. •Establish performance goals and hold teams accountable for business results. •Partner with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and other internal business lines to maximize referral opportunities. •Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the region. •Develop regional business plans, budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting. •Meet with key clients and prospects to support business development and deepen relationships. Qualifications: •Significant experience leading and developing Wealth Management teams across multiple locations or markets. •Demonstrated success growing revenue, developing talent, and executing strategic business initiatives. •Strong business development background working with affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. •Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFP®, CWS, or similar designation preferred. •FINRA licenses (Series 7, 24, 63/65/66) and Life & Health licenses are preferred. •Executive leadership role with a highly respected regional financial institution. •Opportunity to lead established Wealth Management teams while helping shape future growth. •Significant visibility with executive leadership and influence over regional strategy. •Collaborative culture with strong referral partnerships across the bank.
