Qualifications: •Strong operational instincts and proven experience supporting multi-location environments. •Demonstrated capacity to build process and maintain data accuracy that holds up as the company scales. •Sound judgment and clear documentation habits when handling employee relations issues. •Deep knowledge of wage-and-hour laws, attendance policies, and labor compliance. •Excellent communicator, able to build trust quickly across all levels of the org.
