They are seeking a Regional Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations for their West Region. •This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a complex, multi-state organization. The Regional HR Director will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and talent initiatives. •The ideal candidate is a strong business partner who can operate strategically while also being comfortable getting into the details.
