Required Skills: •Our client is a global leader in transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions, with a large, geographically dispersed workforce across the United States. They are seeking a Regional Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations for their West Region. •This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a complex, multi-state organization. The Regional HR Director will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and talent initiatives. •The ideal candidate is a strong business partner who can operate strategically while also being comfortable getting into the details. This individual will help drive a high-performance culture, support organizational growth and change, and ensure HR programs align with evolving business needs. •Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies aligned with regional and organizational business objectives. •Serve as a trusted HR advisor and business partner to senior and executive-level leaders. •Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and other HR matters. •Lead HR initiatives supporting business growth, organizational transformation, and change management. •Oversee and deliver key HR programs through direct reports, HR teams, and Centers of Excellence.
