You'll spend 70-80% of your time in our stores working directly with Service, Parts, and Body Shop Managers — coaching, observing, and driving performance across service, parts, and collision operations. You are the connection between our enterprise Playbook and what actually happens on the drive. •You'll report directly to the Regional Vice President, and what you see in the field will directly shape how we operate across the enterprise. •Coach Service, Parts, and Body Shop Managers on process execution, customer experience, and leadership — building teams that sustain excellence without you in the building •Monitor store-level KPIs to prioritize field activity and identify where intervention is needed •Lead structured root cause analysis when performance gaps emerge and build action plans tied to measurable outcomes •Support new fixed operations hires through their first 90 days, reducing time-to-productivity and early turnover •Drive adoption of new systems, tools, and technology across stores •Complete and distribute a store visit report after every visit — what you observed, what was done, and what's committed Qualifications: •A proven, measurable track record — CSI, retention, and operational metrics you can point to and explain •Strong DMS and fixed operations technology proficiency •The ability to hold experienced managers accountable with candor and respect — you're comfortable with pushback and don't need positional authority to drive results •High mobility: 70-80% travel in and out of market, primarily regional with cross-region travel for special projects Compensation: •Up to $250,000k + Bonus Incentive DOE Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
