Hiring: Regional Director, Urgent Care Company: Beacon Health System Location: South Bend, IN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 12:03:20 Target Skills & Keywords : Care Coordination, Change Management, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Systems Integration About the job Experience: •Minimum ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including at least three (3) years of operational leadership in urgent care, ambulatory care, physician practice management, or outpatient services. •Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, driving operational performance, and managing budgets and financial resources. •Proven ability to recruit, develop, engage, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. •In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Required Skills: •Attends and participates in department meetings and is accountable for all information shared. •Completes mandatory education, annual competencies and department specific education within established timeframes. •Completes annual employee health requirements within established timeframes. •Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and self. •Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process and compliance. •Complies with established organization and department policies. •Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required. •Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, ambulatory and urgent care services, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, quality improvement methodologies, and industry trends. Qualifications: •Maintains license/certification, registration in good standing throughout fiscal year. •Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department. •Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required.
