Hiring: Regional Director Company: Tutelage School Solutions Location: Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:27:58 About the job Experience: •5 to 10 years of relevant experience working in a reputable agency with demonstrated client support expertise, community and/or government relations, education, marketing, or other related fields. •Proven success in project coordinating and management and effectively interacting with school officials, management and/or business executives. Required Skills: •Candidates in the Upstate region of South Carolina are preferred. •School Director Leadership & School Development •In collaboration with Tutelage leadership, recruit, evaluate, and recommend School Director(s) for Board approval, ensuring alignment with the schools’ mission, values, and educational philosophy. •Provide ongoing performance feedback through regular meetings, written evaluations, and constructive improvement suggestions. •Recommend performance-related actions as needed. •Ensure familiarity in instructional programs used across the network. •Develop an understanding of school academic standards and state assessment requirements. •Develop, in partnership with the School Director(s), clear annual academic goals for each school. Qualifications: •Vision Casting & Strategic Direction – Ability to set a compelling vision and guide strategic direction. •Motivational Leadership – Ability to inspire and motivate School Directors to take action. •Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship – Ability to share expertise to develop leadership skills in others. •Continuous Professional Development – Commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement. •Public Relations & Community Engagement – Ability to maintain strong community relationships and convey the value of schools. •Servant Leadership – Consistently modeling humility, service, and integrity in leadership. •Earn Trust – Ability to earn trust and respect from the Board, School Directors, and team members. •Confidence in sharing experiences, ideas, and talents. •Bachelor’s degree in related field. •Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
