Required Skills: •Partner with hiring managers to understand contractor staffing needs, define role requirements, and translate those needs into actionable sourcing strategies and vendor guidance. •Serve as the primary point of contact for outside staffing vendors and third-party recruiting firms, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely submission of qualified contractor candidates. •Review and assess candidate submissions from vendor partners, evaluating alignment with position requirements, contract requirements, customer standards, and applicable compliance obligations. •Coordinate and schedule technical evaluations, interviews, and candidate assessment activities with hiring managers, technical panels, and vendor partners. •Collect and consolidate interview feedback from stakeholders, prepare candidate summaries and recommendations, and communicate outcomes to vendors and candidates in a timely manner. •Support incumbent capture efforts by maintaining relationships with current contract employees, identifying re-compete risks, tracking incumbent headcount, and facilitating smooth workforce transitions during contract awards and transitions. •Coordinate with the Security team on position clearance requirements, initiate and track security clearance investigations, and manage CAC processing and badging logistics for new contractor hires. •Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Contracts teams to facilitate onboarding of contracted partners and 1099 staff, ensuring all required documentation, subcontract agreements, compliance steps, and system access are completed prior to start date. Qualifications: •2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a federal government contracting environment. •Exposure to incumbent capture processes, including workforce tracking during contract re-competes and transitions. •Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience maintaining ATS records, generating recruiting reports, and tracking pipeline metrics. •Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action reporting, and federal contractor hiring regulations. •Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools. •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills; able to serve as a reliable partner to hiring managers and external vendors. •Demonstrated experience working with staffing vendors, third-party recruiting firms, or contractor workforce programs to source and place candidates. •Operational familiarity with security clearance processes, including coordinating background investigations, initiating SF-86 submissions, and managing CAC/badge processing for contractor personnel. •Operational familiarity with SAP, ERP, or enterprise technology role requirements within the federal contracting space. •Knowledge of 1099 contractor compliance, worker classification requirements, and subcontract agreement processes.
