Hiring: Recruiting Operations Specialist Company: Sunbit Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 13:17:40 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management, Slack About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems/ analytics Required Skills: •Own end-to-end administration of the ATS- configuration, workflow automation, permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting- as the person who can build in the tool, not just use it •Build and maintain integrations between the ATS and adjacent systems •Evaluate, implement, and manage the sourcing tool stack (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions, CRM/ engagement tools) •Partner cross-functionally with IT/ Security on data access, SSO, and system security requirements •Identify manual, repetitive steps across the candidate and recruiter lifecycle and automate them- requisition intake and approval routing, interview scheduling, status-change notifications, nurture sequences, and offer generation •Design, build, and maintain recruiting dashboards covering funnel conversion, (e.g. time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, etc.) •Define recruiting KPIs/ SLAs and deliver regular reporting to People leadership and business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights •Document and standardize recruiting workflows Qualifications: •Hands-on administrator-level (not just end-user) experience with a major ATS- building workflows, automations, and integrations •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or native ATS reporting) •Strong process-design and documentation skills, with a demonstrated habit of automating rather than just documenting manual steps •Strong project management skills- able to juggle multiple systems, stakeholders, and priorities at once without dropping details •High attention to detail and a bias toward building scalable, self-sustaining systems Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
