This role hires, trains, and supervises the division's recruiters, oversees recruiting metrics, and continuously improves sourcing and recruiting processes, coordinating closely with internal teams and LeaderStat clients. •Meet budgeted financial and operations targets each month •Ensure the recruiters follow all LeaderStat policies and procedures •Lead and oversee the overall direction and supervision of the interim team healthcare recruiters to meet performance and financial goals •Provide mentorship, coaching and development feedback to the recruiters on all aspects of the recruiting process •Meet weekly or bi-weekly with team members to enforce high-performance standards and goals, such as, weekly KPIs, TOA and margin goals •Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor their performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support, 90 day and annual reviews •Build recruitment processes that align with the organization’s hiring needs and business goals Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree •Five years of management experience, including leading teams of 10+ recruiters •Demonstrated ability to produce financial results •Understanding of healthcare staffing, vendor management programs and fulfillment process and technology-based sourcing tools •Proficiency in business communication, the use of industry specific terminology •Proven success in healthcare recruitment, or sales-related field, preferably in the post-acute space •Strong team building and leadership skills •Proven ability to drive financial results and lead teams to meet performance goals •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail •Strong customer service values and abilities Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
