Required Skills: •We’re looking for a highly organized and relentlessly reliable Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team. •You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter. •Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from initial interview through offer •Communicate directly with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience •Keep our hiring pipeline moving and make sure next steps happen quickly •Keep Ashby and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date •Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly •Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track Compensation: •$80,000 - $100,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Well-funded: We’ve raised $21M+ in total funding, most recently a $15M Series A in June 2026.
