Startup experience is a huge plus. Required Skills: •Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams/searches, including complex onsite and virtual interview loops. •Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes moving quickly and efficiently. •Create an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial interview through offer, candidates always know what to expect and each touchpoint feels intentional. •Manage onsite interview logistics and help create a thoughtful, welcoming experience for candidates visiting our offices - manage candidate onsites at our SF office IRL. •Keep Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion docs, Juicebox and our other recruiting systems accurate and up to date, ensuring interviews, feedback, and next steps don't fall through the cracks. •Identify scheduling conflicts, process bottlenecks, and candidate experience issues, and proactively fix it.
