Required Skills: •Proactively identify and engage prospective candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies. •Review applications and conduct initial phone or video screens, creating an engaging and welcoming first impression while using established interview guides. •Build rapport with candidates, keep them engaged, and follow up consistently throughout the interview process. •Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and communicate updates promptly and professionally. •Post and update job openings across recruiting platforms and assist with drafting or refreshing job descriptions. •Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and status updates in the applicant tracking system. •Support pre-employment activities, including offer and onboarding communications, background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-hire requirements. •Develop candidate pipelines by reaching out to new prospects, re-engaging previous candidates, and staying persistent when positions are difficult to fill.
