Required Skills: •The Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist supports the Recruiting Manager with recruiting and processing candidates for current open positions within the company. Duties include the following: •Lead and oversee recruiting cleared personnel for government security contracts. •Review incoming resumes, conduct thorough preliminary interviews to verify technical skills and accurately assess clearance status. •Proactively identify and engage passive talent utilizing specialized platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, social media and industry networks. •Post job requisitions to hiring sites. •Collect documentation for security screening process •Schedule new employees for company onboarding Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of experience working/supporting the Federal Government, DoW (specifically US Air Force) •Extensive experience using industry job boards and other recruiting tools. •Thorough understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI and SAP eligibility criteria, and polygraph formats (CI vs. Full Scope). •Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and composition. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. •Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple time sensitive projects. •Demonstrated capacity to be flexible, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze and solve problems with professionalism and patience.
