Qualifications: •Own assigned searches from kickoff through signed offer letter, creating clarity on role requirements, interview stages, decision-makers, compensation, and timing. •Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn activity, recruiting campaigns, referrals, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach. •Review applications and resumes, conduct introductory calls and structured video interviews, and determine appropriate next steps. •Coordinate the complete selection process, including hiring manager interviews, skills and work-style assessments, technical testing, Core Value interviews, and professional reference checks. •Prepare complete, decision-ready candidate information and facilitate timely hiring-manager feedback and decisions. •Partner with the VP, Talent and hiring managers to finalize offer details, prepare and send offer letters, answer candidate questions, and follow through until the offer is signed. •Maintain timely, respectful candidate communication, including expectations, status updates, and professional closure. •Pipeline Development & Recruiting Operations •Treat talent acquisition as an ongoing relationship-building and pipeline-development function, not a requisition-only activity. •Develop ready-now and future candidate benches for recurring Accountant, Controller, CFO, and other professional or leadership roles.
