Required Skills: •Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions, from job requisition intake through offer acceptance. •Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout the job posting, interviewing, screening, and hiring process. •Develop recruiting strategies and actively source vendors and resources to find and attract qualified candidates. •Partner with HR leadership and marketing teams to ensure recruitment kits, brochures, and messaging fits labor roles. •Alongside leadership and marketing, evaluate social media recruitment presence and opportunities. •Approach recruiting process as a sales and marketing role, utilize creative resources and techniques to find/attract talent. •Promote company’s culture, benefits, internal training programs, tuition programs, and career growth opportunities. •Consult with hiring managers on staffing needs, job and skills requirements, interview scheduling. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field is required. •Prior experience managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) required with prior implementation experience preferred. •Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Bilingual English and Spanish and/ or English and Polish strongly preferred. •In-depth knowledge of skilled labor recruiting strategies and labor market trends. •Demonstrated capacity to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. •Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, communication skills (verbal and written). •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. •Results-driven with strong sense of urgency.
