Hiring: Recruiter Company: Forge Group, LLC Location: Reston, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 07:37:52 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Compliance, ReactJS About the job Experience: •7+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the government contracting environment Required Skills: •Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition and proposal support to offer acceptance and onboarding •Partner with hiring managers and directors to understand position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish realistic hiring timelines. •Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. •Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs. •Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, technical skills, cultural alignment, and overall match for the position. •Develop a strong understanding of Forge's clients, mission, technical and functional positions and the qualifications required to successfully recruit for positions. •Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience. •Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely feedback and decision-making with hiring managers.
