Qualifications: •Retail recruiting experience strongly preferred. •Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment. •Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated capacity to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders. •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. •In-depth knowledge of the retail talent market and candidate landscape. •Professional, polished, and comfortable representing a premium/luxury brand.
