(NJRA) is a specialized respiratory care organization providing services across multiple facilities in NJ, NY, CT, DE, PA, and MD. •LPNs and other clinical staff •Regional and facility leadership roles •Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning •Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives •Conduct phone screens and initial interviews •Coordinate interviews with hiring managers •Perform reference checks and credential verification as required Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree preferred •Demonstrated success recruiting both clinical and operational positions •Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize critical openings to maintain staffing coverage •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality or compliance •Solid understanding of healthcare licensure, credentialing, and onboarding timelines •Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills •This is an onsite position requiring in-person work five days a week. There may be flexibility for a hybrid schedule after 90 days of employment and with continued success.
