Hiring: Recruiter Company: Surf Internet Location: Elkhart, IN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 01:12:11 Target Skills & Keywords : Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding support. •Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies. •Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, career fairs, and other recruiting channels. •Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. •Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit. •Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. •Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. •Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Qualifications: •Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Minimum one year of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or Human Resources experience preferred. •Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws. •Experience using HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Paycom experience preferred. •Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Customer-service mindset with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
