Required Skills: •The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and hiring employees for a fast-growing solar module manufacturing facility in College Station, Texas. This position will have a strong focus on high-volume hourly manufacturing recruitment •, while also supporting professional, technical, and administrative hiring needs. •The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruiter who enjoys high-volume hiring, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes ownership of getting the right people hired and onboarded on time. •Recruit for high-volume hourly production positions, including Production Operators, Material Handlers, Warehouse, Quality, and other manufacturing roles. •Strategically drive third-party agency process with direct engagement with production supervisors and agency to ensure proper and adequate talent flow. •Act as on site HR support for any employe relation issues with the agency employees •Handle HR related issues with the staffing agency's employees. •Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruiting events, community organizations, staffing partners, and other channels. Qualifications: •2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. •High-volume hourly recruiting experience strongly preferred. •Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, logistics, or production recruiting experience is a plus. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered. •Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to prioritize multiple open positions and meet aggressive hiring deadlines. •Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. •Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR team members.
