Required Skills: •Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for professional and technical positions. •Manage multiple open requisitions and maintain hiring pipelines to meet business needs. •Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. •Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interview coordination, and offer support. •Build and maintain talent networks through market research and relationship building. •Track recruiting activity and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders. •Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to help improve recruiting processes.
