Required Skills: •Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding support. •Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities. •Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and industry events. •Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. •Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience. •Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers. •Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). •Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. •Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred). •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting deadlines. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. •Demonstrated capacity to attend recruiting events, career fairs, and university outreach activities as needed. •Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. •Automotive, R&D, or engineering recruiting experience preferred. •Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred. •WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU Compensation: •$75,000 - $100,000 / year •Zero dollar employee premiums on Medical, Dental, and Vision for you and your family Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
