Required Skills: •Initial Outreach – upon receipt of the referral from the Department of Child Safety (DCS), conducts in-person contact with the client within twenty-four (24) hours (excluding weekends and state holidays) to engage the client and provide information on the program. •Initial Outreach – informs the client about confidentiality laws and obtains the client’s written consent to coordinate care with DCS and other involved agencies and family members through completion of the AFF Release of information.
