They strengthen accuracy for medical opinions and DBQ sufficiency. •This position is located in our Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. •Your future duties and responsibilities •Ensures complete, accurate, and well‑structured claimant medical evidence is routed to examiners and VA systems. •Oversees record ingestion, indexing, classification, tagging, labeling, and document routing. •Manages evidence extraction processes and ensures examiners receive complete eFolders and record packets. •Manages Caseflow retrieval workflows and missing‑document reconciliation. •Ensures full privacy, security, audit logging, and compliance with VA standards, including SPI handling.
