Hiring: Receiving Specialist (Supercomputer Operations) Company: SpaceXAI Location: Southaven, MS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:04:17 About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in a receiving role •Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft suite •Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment •Strong communication and problem-solving skills Required Skills: •Receive all materials/packages and transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system; process hold or exception packages as required •Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantities, and specifications •Create/print routing labels and other required identifiers for received material •File and maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork and documentation •Interface with carriers, internal customers, purchasing, and other departments to resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues related to receipt and distribution •Document non-conformance occurrences in accordance with prescribed procedures •Perform cycle counts and review stagnant inventory reports to ensure location accuracy •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalency certificate •3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; frequent lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required •Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM •Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating) •Must be open to working all required shift hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations •Must be able to stand/walk for the majority of the shift •Comfortable working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures, noise, and dust Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
