Location: Birmingham, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 15:03:46 About the job Required Skills: •Reports to Svc Mgr for all job responsibilities related to Rebuild Center support. •Lead and oversee all administrative functions for the Rebuild Center. •Lead and oversee seeing that all work-orders are set up correctly in the ERP, and in coordination with the Svc Mgr all proper approvals are given for work performed. •Lead and oversee monitoring work-orders in conjunction with the Svc Mgr, changing and coordinating updates and timelines until completion of jobs. Ensuring customers are updated accordingly throughout the process of the repair. •Assist the Svc Mgr reference service office phones and taking incoming calls. •Make sure all jobs are properly audited and that the labor, parts and notes fall within the scope of the job quoted and that the final invoice properly reflects the completion of the job. •Assist with the updates and media presentation to customers for work to be done. •Coordinate and manage the timeline of jobs in progress and assist the Svc Mgr in the flow of jobs in and out of the shop.
