Within CAO's Revenue And Rebates Organization, The Rebates Global Process Owner Analyst Is Accountable For Standardizing And Governing Product Level Rebate Accrual And Inventory/payment Methodologies Through Two Key Capabilities •Global Rebate Accounting Standard Practices (GRASP) Product Level Accrual Algorithm operating model - including ownership of accrual logic integrity and further automation/AI enhancements to uplevel the algorithm and accrual accuracy. •Throughput Time First In-First Out (TPT FIFO) template and process enablement - including support of the TPT FIFO method (buffer logic, TPT assumption derivation) and increased automation/AI enhancements. •This role partners closely across CAO, IT, SMG regional reps, rebate analysts (RAs), and audit/compliance stakeholders to ensure scalable, well controlled execution and audit readiness as processes and tooling evolve. •Drive continued automation/AI support across GRASP and CAO tools •Lead/coordinate increased intelligence for GRASP algorithm logic, including refining review factors and enhancing algorithm knowledge. •Maintain exception rules and override governance, including required rationale, support, and methodology for overrides. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. •4+ years (with Bachelor's degree) or 3 + years (with Master's degree) of experience in rebates accounting/operations, including accrual methodologies, forecasting/variance analysis, and end to end process understanding. •Strong analytical and tooling capability (e.g., advanced Excel); comfort operating in structured templates and data driven models. •Experience driving organizational adoption through training, user enablement, and stakeholder support across global teams. •Demonstrated capacity to work flexible hours to collaborate effectively across multiple geographies and time zones. •Practical experience utilizing SOX relevant process environments and audit interactions/requirements. •Practical experience utilizing Vistex/ECC and/or V4 concepts, and process evolution toward more standardized, system supported models. •Practical experience utilizing analytics/automation tools used in this space (examples include Python, Power Query, VBA macros, KNIME). •Strong executive communication skills; ability to explain model logic, risks, limitations, and exception rationale. •Shift 1 (United States of America) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
