Required Skills: •This position is located in Lakeland, FL and is an on-site position; remote work opportunities are not available for this position.* •Provide day-to-day legal support for a large portfolio of retail and industrial real estate assets across multiple states including AL, GA, FL, KY, NC, SC, TN & VA. •Leases (including build-to-suit and ground leases) •Easements, covenants, and development agreements •Support site acquisition, leasing, and development strategies in partnership with Real Estate and Facilities teams. •Conduct and analyze title, survey, and due diligence matters. •Provide strategic legal guidance to business leaders and cross-functional teams. •Partner with internal teams to improve processes, develop templates, and drive operational consistency.
