Qualifications: •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. •Active license in good standing with the South Carolina or North Carolina State Bar. •Substantial hands-on experience with complex commercial real estate transactions. •Strong knowledge of acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, title, zoning, and land-use matters. •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. •Demonstrated capacity to independently manage multiple transactions, deadlines, and competing priorities. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
