Beckwith Worksheets are maintained in Microsoft Excel. Advanced Excel programming is considered a plus. •Demonstrated knowledge of SAP a plus. •Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Strong organizational and follow-through skills. •Excellent project management skills. Other duties may be assigned. •Coordinate the gathering of all relevant information required to formulate and submit responses to customer quotation requests. •Interface directly with the project team to identify, assess and mitigate project risks. •Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers emphasizing salable product features. •Interface with clients to analyze market receptiveness to product and price mix. •Maintain quote templates to ensure consistency of quoting across the CTS department. •Prepare quotations and process sales orders entered primarily for Controls, and support Relays as required. •Estimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of our production and delivery schedules. Qualifications: •Degree in Marketing, Business, or technical, or four years’ equivalent work experience with similar products/industry.
