Hiring: Quality Technician Company: Duravant Location: Jonesboro, AR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:26:38 Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly About the job Experience: •1 year of manufacturing quality experience Required Skills: •Include the following, other duties as assigned •Utilize corrective action forms and processes to identify root cause issues and determine the appropriate action. •Utilize manufacturing process instructions (standardized work) and inspection verification sheets. •Serve as the primary quality resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. •Utilize established methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection. •Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports. •Report to management on quality issues, trends, and continuous improvement opportunities. •Create and deliver training material on quality standards and activities Qualifications: •Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing quality experience •Training in general safety, heavy and assembly manufacturing processes, foreign object, statistical analysis, and quality system awareness •Stand, walk, or be mobile for up to an 8–10-hour shift; ascend, squat, push and pull up to 75 lbs.; bend, twist and reach with hands and arms to feel objects, tools or controls, check and inspect product.
