Required Skills: •Lead Quality Technician •The Quality Technician-Entry Level is responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction. •Learn to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and applicable quality standards. •Learn to and perform dimensional inspections using CMMs, micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparators, profilometers, and other precision measuring equipment to verify product conformity. •Learn to and identify non-conforming materials, products, and processes. •Learn and assist with calibration and control of inspection and measurement equipment. •Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as required. •Communicate inspection results, quality concerns, and non-conformities clearly. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements as required. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with applicable safety requirements. •The compensation range posted represents the full salary range for the role.
