Required Skills: •The Quality Technician will be instrumental in maintaining product excellence by conducting thorough testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. •Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using various testing devices and procedures. •Collect, measure, and weigh samples of materials in accordance with established sampling plans. •Conduct analytical tests on samples using instrumentation and equipment, interpreting results to assess factors such as purity, particle size, and hardness. •Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining comprehensive records of all tests conducted. •Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments to perform and validate tests, ensuring adherence to predetermined quality guidelines. •Recommend changes to quality guidelines based on test results and continuous improvement initiatives. •Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
