Required Skills: •In addition, this role serves as the primary quality liaison for assigned customers, ensuring timely responses to quality concerns, driving effective corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with aerospace standards. •Team Supervision & Leadership •Ensure team members are held accountable for assigned duties, deadlines, and quality standards. •Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. •Prioritize workload and resources to meet production and customer requirements. •Ensure source inspectors consistently verify that shipped parts are visually conforming and meet all customer requirements. •Enforce accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation and certification packages. •Hold inspectors accountable for compliance and performance.
