Required Skills: •Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Manage shift schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of quality and safety. •Compliance & Standards: Ensure all manufacturing processes and finished products comply with internal standards and external regulations. •Defect Management: Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality deviations. •Audit Support: Conduct regular internal quality audits of the production floor and assist with external customer or regulatory audits. •Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRB rates, defect rates, and first-pass yield. Prepare daily and weekly quality reports for management. •Continuous Improvement: Work with engineering and production teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve product consistency. •Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all testing and measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Qualifications: •3–5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within an automotive manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. •Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) software and Google Workspace. •Demonstrated capacity to thrive and make rapid, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure automotive environment. •Confidence and authority to halt production lines or shipments if Harbinger's quality standards or safety protocols are compromised. •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively with supply chain, production, and engineering teams.
