The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S. •At Post Consumer Brands, quality isn't just a department, it's a commitment to the products families trust every day. As our Quality Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. •If you're passionate about food quality, enjoy solving problems, and want to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you. •Lead and support quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and SQF requirements. •Serve as the primary backup to the Plant Quality & Food Safety Manager and provide leadership support across plant quality initiatives. •Manage and develop Quality Technicians, helping build technical capabilities and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. •Environmental monitoring and follow-up investigations •Water and air quality programs Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, or a related scientific field. •Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory requirements. •Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. •Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to train and influence others. •Demonstrated capacity to work safely around manufacturing equipment and chemicals. •Solid functional working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
