Required Skills: •Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality indicators, outcome measures, and client satisfaction surveys. •Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits, including documentation review, chart audits, and regulatory surveys. •Support compliance with accreditation and licensing standards (e.g., CARF, state Medicaid agency, MCOs, etc.). •Support quality improvement projects, including Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and root cause analyses. •Implement quality improvement efforts in the OhioRISE program, ensuring compliance with policies and contractual obligations. •Monitor and track corrective action plans (CAPs) and follow up on identified areas of improvement. •Assist in developing and updating quality-related policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation tools. •Participate in and help coordinate quality committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in public health, Health Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field is required. •Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred. •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams is required. •Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required. •Knowledge of behavioral health service delivery systems and payers is preferred. •A certificate in healthcare quality (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is preferred. •Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package.
