Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and improving processes and equipment in the lab and across Extrusion, Twisting, and Heatset operations. •Lead and participate in internal and external SMS audits, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards. •Support Extrusion, Twisting, and Heatset operations through quality leadership, technical expertise, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Lead SPC monitoring, analysis, and coaching efforts, utilizing statistical data to drive process improvements, reduce variation, and improve product quality. •Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures to reduce off-quality events and improve process performance. •Partner with yarn suppliers, equipment vendors, and Yarn Technical to evaluate materials and systems, resolve quality concerns, and ensure products meet performance expectations. •Serve as the quality representative during customer visits and feedback reviews, addressing concerns and supporting continuous improvement efforts. •Lead laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration programs, ensuring testing accuracy, measurement integrity, equipment reliability, and technical support for laboratory personnel. Manage lab personnel including scheduling overtime and maintaining time.
